KSW Photography Policies and information
KSW Photography is an independent, professional full service photography and we try our best to work with each client understanding their needs are unique. Photography is more than pushing the shutter and getting the final image, preservation,editing and presentation continues long after your session has ended to ensure your images are beautifully preserved. These policies are in place to assure that all clients are treated the same as we value each client the same. Before booking, please be aware these policies are to protect each party involved.

Payments:
KSW Photography accepts payments via cash, checks, or credit cards with immediate processing. All returned checks and declined credit cards will incur a $45 return fee. All payments are due at the time of booking or ordering and must be paid before an order will be processed. All session fees are paid in advance to secure your chosen date and time and are non-refundable but can be transferred to a later date or another client.
Cancellations:
Cancellations must be made 48hours in advance of your session and will be given 2 options as make up dates. Rescheduling due to weather conditions will not count against your schedule credits. I will do everything I can to reschedule your shoot in a time convenient to all parities, and if that cannot be be agreed upon, the client can have a credit of the amount paid for future shoots or transfer the money to someone else if they wish.
Refunds:
In the case of camera failure or any other unforeseen incident that prevents KSW Photography from shooting on a scheduled date the client will get a full refund of the amount paid if applicable. No refund will be given under any circumstances if the client fails to attend the activity on the day and the time listed when the booking was made without notification.
Due to the digital nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs once sent to printer can not be returned KSW Photography has a strict NO REFUND policy. Once a transaction is completed, the client will have 24 hours to notify of any errors made during the ordering process. Refunds will not be given for not ordering the correct photo after the photographs have been given to the client or for not liking the photo/product. If a mistaken photo/product is sent to the client, as documented on the invoice, KSW Photography will send the correct photo to the client free of charge.
Due to the nature of Custom Photography, all sales are final. KSW Photography does of course guarantee that the products you receive are the highest quality standards in every respect and works with the customers to approve work before orders are placed. If there is a manufacture issue/defect KSW Photography will replace the product free of charge to the client. But the defect/issue must be reported 48h
ours after receiving the product so the manufacture can be made aware of the issue. Every effort is made to insure your products arrive beautifully.
